Vandana Gurnani joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1991 and is currently posted as Secretary, Labour and Employment, Government of India. Prior to this she was working as Secretary Coordination, Cabinet Secretariat where she was leading the Deregulation and Compliance Reduction agenda for Ease of Doing Business and Ease of Living. She has worked in multifarious assignments in Govt. of India as well as the state of Karnataka and has a vast experience of working in the health sector.
As Additional Secretary and Mission Director, National Health Mission in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, she led the initiative to achieve Universal Health Coverage and crafting of the PM Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission to develop resilient health systems to manage the current and future pandemics. She anchored and led several aspects of management of Covid in India including augmentation of the health systems and Covid vaccination.
In her 34 years of public service, Vandana has served as an administrator, policy-maker and public health strategist holding a wide range of assignments in the fields of Health, Urban and Rural Development, Environment and Women & Child Development. She has successfully represented India in several global forums like ILO, Gavi, PMNCH, FP 2020. etc.
A native of New Delhi, Vandana earned her Master’s degrees in Economics from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and has also completed her Master’s in Public Health from the renowned Johns Hopkins University.

Vidya Vasudevan is the Head of Zoho Community at Zoho Corporation, where she leads efforts to build and strengthen highly localized user groups and nurture brand champions across regions. Over her 24-year journey with Zoho, Vidya has played a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement and product evangelism, bringing together users, partners, and teams to foster collaboration and learning.
Starting her career at Zoho as a technical writer, she has since taken on diverse roles across customer support, training, and marketing, gaining a deep understanding of customer experience and product adoption. Based in Chennai, Vidya holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Madras and brings extensive expertise in product marketing, CRM, and community management.

As a Senior Expert with the World Bank Group, he drives AI and Digital Transformation strategies that strengthen digital public infrastructure and advance sustainable, inclusive growth. His work bridges technology, policy, and human development—empowering nations to harness AI for agriculture, governance, and equitable prosperity.














Vikram is the Co-Founder of ANSR, a market leader helping global companies build and manage Global Capability Centers.He is also CEO of 1Wrk, an AI-powered global work platform providing enterprise-ready talent, HR and compliance solutions. At ANSR and 1Wrk, Vikram oversees a global portfolio of AI-enabled workforce solutions, mid-market and private equity backed GCC’s. Prior to ANSR, Vikram has held leadership positions across several companies, including: Founding Team of Cobone, the Middle East’s first e-commerce success story (acquired 2013) Building one of India’s earliest startup accelerators (Kyron - acquired by Techstars). Establishing Asia’s largest community for group tours (Byond Travel) Management Consultant with CapGemini. Vikram has served on the board of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and YPO. Vikram has an MBA degree from IESE, University of Navarra and The Anderson School of Management UCLA.














Dr. Vikram Chandra is a journalist and the Founder & Managing Director of Editorji Technologies, a multilingual video news platform he established in 2018. With early backing from HT Media and Bharti Airtel, the company saw the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group acquire a majority stake in 2020.
A prominent figure in Indian journalism, Dr. Chandra is known for hosting flagship programs such as The India Story, offering in-depth analysis of key national and global developments. Before founding Editorji, he served as the CEO of NDTV Group, where he earned recognition for his reporting on major national issues, including the Kashmir conflict.

Vineet Singh, Chief Technology Officer at Digital Green leads technology functions. With his deep passion for agriculture and belief that open-source technology plays a critical role in improving livelihoods, he is leading development of AI pipelines intersecting in the field of agriculture and LLM. He brings 19+ years experience in diverse tech startups across India where he steered technology and product development from concept to execution. With a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, he co-founded the first indigenous drone manufacturing company Aurora Integrated Systems in 2006, where he was instrumental in development of in-house technology and product. Post exit and handing over to Tata Group, he helped build the innovation team at Delhivery and led development of machine learning enabled products in the supply chain that resulted in a new business vertical. He also worked on robotics automation in the health tech domain leveraging computer vision models for autonomous image capture and analysis for microscopes.

Vivek Nayan is the Chief Technology Officer at Indus Action, an India-based nonprofit that builds digital public goods to help vulnerable families traverse the journey from poverty to dignity by enabling frictionless access to a carefully curated portfolio of legislated rights.
With two decades of experience in engineering and governance, he is passionate about designing resilient public infrastructure by deploying grassroots technology to unlock agency, inclusion, and systemic change. He envisions dignity-driven design and federated stewardship as pathways to scale citizen impact.
Vivek Nayan is a 2025 Perplexity Fellow. He holds degrees from Coventry University and Institute of Management Technology. He is a professional member of IEEE and has co-authored multiple papers across subfields of machine learning.
